Position: Customer Support Analyst
Qualification: Any Graduation/Post-Graduation
Batch: 2020/2021/2022
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Freshers
Salary: INR 4LPA -5LPA
Responsibilities:
- Customer handling skills.
- Manage multiple support mailboxes and respond to emails.
- Triage and troubleshoot issues reported on all applications.
- Report and record any new defects on all applications.
- Communicate with end users including external clients users, this includes contacting partners, directors and senior managers from client organization.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Customer service (Phone / Chat / Emails)
- Excellent spoken English Language proficiency
- Proficient with MS-Office
- ServiceNow experience preferred
