Position: Customer Support Analyst

Qualification:  Any Graduation/Post-Graduation

Batch: 2020/2021/2022

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers

Salary: INR 4LPA -5LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Customer handling skills.
  • Manage multiple support mailboxes and respond to emails.
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues reported on all applications.
  • Report and record any new defects on all applications.
  • Communicate with end users including external clients users, this includes contacting partners, directors and senior managers from client organization.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent Customer service (Phone / Chat / Emails)
  • Excellent spoken English Language proficiency
  • Proficient with MS-Office
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
