Position: Support Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification:  Any Graduation

Batch:2020/2021/2022

Experience: Freshers/ Experienced

Salary: INR 4.5 LPA

Position Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to interact with an external parties like customer and suppliers comfortably.
  • Process and respond to phone calls and email received from publishers.
  • Route payment concerns to account payable.
  • Work with customer service manager in documenting process flows.
  • Work on developing responses for common questions.
  • Notify  vendors that their content has been removed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional computer skills certification in web technologies are preferable.
  • Experience in web enabled software products or service is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Detail- oriented and process focused. Must be able to follow the process and document interaction as per requirements in clear and concise manner.
