Position: Analyst

Qualification: Any Graduation

Batch:2019/2020/2021/2022

Location: Bangalore

Experience:0-18 months experience

Salary: INR 7.5 LPA(Expected)



Responsibilities:
  • Maintain good attitude towards customers.
  • Flexible to work in a 24*7 service environment as per the business requirements.
  • provide high touch assistance to highest tier customers, build in depth understanding of most pressing customer issues.
  • utilizing existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish toot cause for queries and provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
Minimum Qualifications :
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non - technical audience.
  • Any qualification or experience in digital marketing would be an added advantage.
