Responsibilities:
  • Research and evaluates facts surrounding seller transactions.
  • Take appropriate action on investigated transaction based on established standard operation procedure and tools
  • Documents their actions by providing detailed annotations.
  • Communication with external customer via phone or email during the investigation process.
