Position: Call Center Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate with any stream

Batch: Any batch 

Location: Permanent work from home

Salary: 2LPA


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming / outgoing calls in an efficient & courteous manner with proper opening and closing.
  • Identify merchant questions, concerns, and overall needs.
  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to queries with proper tagging.
  • Address Merchant complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
  • Share learnings, experience with other Team Members.
  • Escalate critical issues to Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Own Laptop
  • Stable Internet Connection
  • Covid 19 - Both Doses Of Vaccination Complete
  • Should Be Able To Join Immediately
  • Freshers Are Also Welcome
  • Must Know Any Of The Regional Language - Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Telugu
