CONTENT/TECHNICAL WRITERS

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and create content for blogs, articles, social media copies, and other formats on a regular basis.
  • Stay up to date with content in the market to understand the kind of content being written in digital media across platforms.
  • Create documents for different markets and domains based on user proficiency.

WEB DEVELOPERS

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new components based on design specs.
  • Work independently and write maintainable code.
  • Understand existing code and suggest optimization in terms of functionality and performance.
  • Work on client frameworks for caching and develop reusable components.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Provide voice-based support to international/domestic customers over the phone (Inbound and Outbound).
  • Build a rapport with customers with clear and confident communication.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution.
  • Engage with the technical team to provide faster resolutions to technical issues.
  • Work closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module.
  • Should be willing to work night shifts.

PRODUCT MARKETERS/ DIGITAL MARKETING

Responsibilities:

  • Write, rewrite, test, and maintain website and landing pages.
  • Create and maintain accurate comparison documents.
  • Write briefs for ads, landing pages, marketing videos, webinars, email campaigns.
  • Maintain analytics for websites and non-regular marketing campaigns.
  • Create content that adds value to customers, prospects, and the market in general.
  • Track and optimize pages to improve traffic and conversions.

 SALES EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with contacts and understand where the prospect is in the buying process.
  • Identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria for the sales team.
  • Tend incoming sales calls and emails, and assign them to sales reps.

UX/UI/GRAPHIC DESIGNERS

Responsibilities:

  • Help build design work across multiple mediums on various projects, from small pieces to multi-channel campaigns.
  • Build digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with the look and feel of those campaigns across other touch points.
  • Assist in the planning and creation of designs for marketing automation campaigns to include email, social media, and PPC.
  • Design templates for landing pages and emails using custom CSS and styling to help support brand messages.
