Position: Trainee Engineer

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ BCS/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech

Batch: 2019/ 2020/ 2021/ 2022

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers

Salary: Max 3.4 LPA (Expected)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all installed computer systems and infrastructure
  • Resolve IT incidents and service requests using IT ticketing tools and ticket handling workflows based on defined SLAs.
  • Install, configure, test and maintain user machines (laptops, desktops and workstations) with required software tools as per the standard operating environment
  • Provide technical solutions to problems related to system hardware, software, mobile devices and network infrastructure
  • Support end users remotely using remote support tools.
  • User privilege access management

Skills & Experience:

Analytical Skills, computer hardware experience, IT Installations, Strong communication skills both written and verbal, system engineer, Windows 10 Operating System
