Job Description:
  • Technical Support Engineer should research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.    
  • Should be excellent in communication and be ready to work on rotation shifts. 
  • Should know the basics of computer, hardware and networking skill.
