Job Role: Academic Counsellor

Eligibility: Any graduate

Batch: Any Batch

Location: Work from home

Starting Package- 3.3 Lakhs and post completion of 3 months – 4.5 Lakhs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Advise students/Parents for their learning needs through structures counseling sessions.
  • Fix appointments and conduct online session on a daily basis 
  • Understand customer profile & problem to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods ,
  • handle objections and price negotiation to generate t sales revenue .
  • Possess sound knowledge and understand of consumer behavior .

 Skills Required :

  • Proficiency in English speaking and English written
  • Candidate having good communication skills in more  language .
  • Have sales Integrity .
  • Laptop/Desktop with decent internet connection

Selection  Procedure :

  • Technical Round 

  • Final HR Round
