Position Title: Trainee Consultant

Salary: 2.5 LPA+ Incentives

Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BSc, BCom

Specialization: Any

Graduation year of passing: 2021/2022

Percentage: 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation)

Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year

Job purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
  • Manage different types of candidates at the same time
  • Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
  • Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
  • Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
  • Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
  • Update ATS tool daily/weekly
