Job Title: Junior Business Automation Consultant


Job Description/Duties

  • This is a technical programming position. However, it is not necessary to have technical experience already. You need an interest and capacity to learn.
  • Develop executable process models in Business Process Management Notation
  • Implement and automate processes using IBM Business Automation Workflow software. Training will be provided.
  • Implement and automate tasks using IBM Robotic Process Automation.
  • Contribute to an external customer project.

Required Skills/Experience:


  • English fluency
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be a team player

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML/XPath
  • Knowledge of BPMN is a plus
  • 2021 and 2022 Passout
