Replicon is  a cloud based time intelligence company with time tracking and expende management software suite .It  aims to automate client Billing ,Project  time Costing ,Employee time tracking ,timesheets ,Resource scheduling and Expense Tracking different modular Products .


Job Title: Trainee – Product Support

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Ensure customer issues and queries and handled professionallly and efficient within the  agreed SLA.
  • Work well with customer to maintain  high level of customer satisfaction ad develop.
  • learn and stay  current with product knowledge of Replicon's software and its range of Product solution 
  • Help our customer maximize their bussiness benefits from Replicon 's Solution .

Eligibility Criteria :

  • BSC/ BCA / Eng. Grad 2021 (Other than CS/ IT/ ECE)
  • only 2021 are allowled 

Skills Required :

  • Knowledge of Programming Language 
  • Strong verbal and written comunication skills 
  • Inclination towards Technology 
  • Intermediate with MS Office

CTC - INR 21,500/ Month - for first 6 months of internship
